Flexible COB LED Display
Create indoor curved LED walls, cylindrical displays and custom installations with a slim COB module. Available pixel pitches: P0.9375, P1.25, P1.5625 and P1.875.
Refresh rate: 3840Hz standard; 7680Hz optional with the corresponding driver IC configuration.
Indoor Applications
Flexible COB LED displays can be integrated into shopping mall columns, curved brand showroom walls, exhibition ring displays and immersive galleries.
The illustrated scenes are design concepts; final dimensions and structure depend on project requirements.
Product Features
4.3 mm module combines flexible construction with a smooth COB surface. Key features include a 30,000:1 contrast ratio,
160 degrees horizontal / 140 degrees vertical viewing angles and common-cathode design. IP65 protection applies to the module surface only.
Curved Display Designs
The flexible modules support concave, convex and cylindrical display designs. The supporting structure and curvature must follow the supplied installation requirements. Avoid forced or repeated bending.
Module Dimensions & Structure
Each module measures 300 x 168.75 mm and is 4.3 mm thick. Cabinet dimensions, material and the number of modules per cabinet are customized to the project structure.
Display Performance
Specified brightness is 1200 cd/square meter, with a 30,000:1 contrast ratio and 13-22-bit grayscale. Viewing angles are 160 degrees horizontally and 140 degrees vertically.
A 7680Hz refresh configuration is available as an option.
Pixel Pitch Selection
Choose from P0.9375, P1.25, P1.5625 and P1.875 to match viewing distance, screen size and resolution requirements.
Module resolutions are 320 x 180, 240 x 135, 192 x 108 and 160 x 90 pixels, respectively.

Fit the modules to an approved coated metal support structure. Handle them gently with ESD gloves and align them carefully during installation.
Clean the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid sharp tools and repeated bending; contact authorized technicians for repairs.

Choose wooden crate or flight case packaging. Reinforced wooden crates provide a rigid enclosure; reusable flight cases feature protective compartments. Packing size, quantity and lead time are confirmed for each order.
